Regan is bright & bubbly, knowledgable and dedicated to looking after potential buyers right from first viewing up until settlement date. She is super quick to respond to any communication. Awesome memory recall of names & faces too which made us feel really welcome at the auction, which can be a tense environment.
From start to finish, Regan was a breeze to work with when selling our house. She has an intimate knowledge of the area, and is realistic and professional in all she does. Communication throughout the process was consistent and insightful - we even had a WhatsApp group to get real time info and that also allowed us to ask questions throughout. We would highly recommend Regan to anyone looking to sell or buy.
The selling of our house was a difficult situation but Regan’s empathy & understanding was incredible. She navigated a delicate situation with impeccable discretion and support. The uniqueness of the property and cooling of the market didn’t make for an easy sale but Regan's perseverance and positivity paid off! We would highly recommend Regan if you want to sell or buy; her and her team will ensure your journey is directed to your individual circumstances and handled with the utmost skill and professionalism. Thank you Regan.

Selling a house can be a very daunting process, but recently we’ve had the pleasure of working with Regan. She went above and beyond to help us sell our house. From the initial meeting to auction day, she showed us her knowledge, professionalism, and dedication, ensuring a stress -free experience throughout the process. She has got a deep understanding of the real estate market and the North Shore area. There was great communication from herself and her team. They addressed all our concerns promptly and answered our questions in a timely manner. We’re grateful for Regan’s support and dedication, and we would not hesitate to work with her again in the future.
Regan learned quickly what we were looking for and found us the perfect place off market. She worked really hard for the vendor and us (as the purchasers) to make the process as easy as possible. We had an excellent experience with Regan - highly professional and a lovely person.
Regan was a genuinely great person to work with and felt that I could trust throughout the process. Communication was great and always available. As a first home buyer I never felt like I was asking a dumb question. She went over and beyond during the purchase. She connected me with local suppliers who were great at what they did and even after closing still made herself available to support.
Regan was a joy to work with. Regan and the team were honest, compassionate and transparent in every sense of the words. I felt in safe hands , and well guided through what could have been a confusing and difficult time. Selling will always come with some stress, but I definitely felt at ease with the team. Definitely recommend!
Regan is really nice and always answered questions we had honestly and without applying any pressure. She was up-front about what renovations had been done by the previous owner and what had not been done, and gave us contact details of local tradesmen who could provide us with estimates to inform our offer. I would recommend working with Regan and would contact her in the future if we look to sell.
