Aaron helped us sell our first home in Whakatane. We had purchased that home through him a few years earlier, and had thought highly of him when looking at the property. After looking at a few properties around town, his energy and enthusiasm stood out above the rest. When it came time to sell I had no doubt I would use him again. My family trust sold our long-time home by auction several months ago after the market began to drift downwards. Aaron worked very hard at open homes. However despite many viewings and follow-ups, only one family bid on the property. After having informed all present at the auction that he would retain the right to bid on behalf of the vendor, and only after giving all present notice before each such bid, Aaron managed to persuade the other bidder to increase his bids several times after we declined to accept them. As a result we obtained a very good sale price. We were most impressed by Aaron's persistence and energy throughout the whole process and would highly recommend him.
