We had already looked at the place before it was put to market. We went to the open home and then had a second viewing. We were the only ones turn up for auction so from our side was an easy sale. Comparing to other agents in Ohope they have more listings and are thefore more readily available. Arron was between Rotorua, Tauranga and Ohope and was not as easy communicate seeing I like to deal face to face. It was the house not the agent why we bought it.
