Aaron came on board with us after we had been let down by others. He responded quickly to our request, explained what would happen whilst setting realistic expectations. Aaron knew the local market and explained the strategy to get the most viewers and generate interest in our property. He delivered what he said he would. Aaron’s approach, positivity and updates meant we were included in decisions and fully informed throughout generating confidence. The market continued to drop in the time we were on the market and our initial target BEO became increasingly unrealistic. Mat and Aaron worked hard to get us an offer and maximize the value.

It was the first time we had worked with Aaron and we would ask for him next time. Aaron kept in touch and responded quickly answering our questions and keeping us informed of progress. He obviously loves his job and loves working with people. It was a delight to meet him, to partner with him and then to celebrate a successful sale with him. We were thrilled to have 12 tenders and we chose one of those. And you know what? Aaron wanted to check in with joe we told the news to our family. Actually, that’s it right there. He did the job at hand famously but he always took an interest in our family, what we were planning and even how we were celebrating. It was like he became part of our family during the month that we were working with him. I think we will miss him actually. Thank you Aaron. Oh and when we needed help selling a rental to seal the deal, when we were dead in the water, he made a call to a colleague out of town and we worked with him and sold that one as well Happy days all round.
