Most agents lose interest in a listing if a sale does not happen within the first 3 weeks. Aaron stuck with our property sale in excess of 3 months holding over 20 + open homes and never giving up to achieve our required sale price. This during the worst market downturn since records began in 1992. Aaron was up against 2 large interest rate hikes during this time and over conservative banks unwilling to lend or even dictating to buyers property by property what they could spend (Often 50K+ under the current market results, which were already well down from the peak).
