Most agents lose interest in a listing if a sale does not happen within the first 3 weeks. Aaron stuck with our property sale in excess of 3 months holding over 20 + open homes and never giving up to achieve our required sale price. This during the worst market downturn since records began in 1992. Aaron was up against 2 large interest rate hikes during this time and over conservative banks unwilling to lend or even dictating to buyers property by property what they could spend (Often 50K+ under the current market results, which were already well down from the peak). With banks dictating massive buffers to protect themselves everything was against a typical sale in this market and that is when a real agent with sales ability is proven. The communication was constant and strategies were changing / adapted to deal with the fall out of interest rate rises and negative housing market news. How Aaron pulled it all together and presented constant offers was nothing short of amazing.
