I felt that Aaron was open and aproachable. He answered our many questions, and was accommodating and warm.

Communication style confident, decisive, good listener, understood our worries and concerns. Had a really good market knowledge of the particular area we were selling in (Sydenham , Beckenham and surrounds). He advised us to go to auction, and while we were dubious at first, this approach delivered a good sale price towards the top end of our expectations. Aaron was helping me to sell my house while i am at overseas. He and his team did an amazing job from the very beginning until the very end. Aaron madecthe whole process very simple and easy to follow. Did all the leg work to present the best offer to us for our situation. Managed to complete our sale with no snags and even organised a few trades on our behalf to come and finalize a few things we had missed.
