Gavin was a good agent that was pretty reliable in communication and answered our questions well. He was a little pushy when it came time to make an offer but not in an unkind way. If we were to purchase another home we would go to open homes he advertises. Have no regrets buying through him.

We decided to list with Gavin after seeing the work he did around the neighbourhood for houses he was selling, and follow up work having been to his open homes in the past. We couldn’t be happier with the work he and his team did in promoting our house and showing potential buyers through. The reports and communication around what was happening, viewings, feedback, and walking us through the process was better than we had hoped. The house was empty when we sold and the staging service provided and photos taken of the house and property were great. It was a real team effort lead by someone who clearly has a passion for the process and his profession.
