Hi everyone, I decided to put my house on the market as it was time to move on mostly due to the current NZ economic climate. I got to know Gavin Faulke from my former employer. Gavin was a good agent that was pretty reliable in communication and answered our questions well. He was a little pushy when it came time to make an offer but not in an unkind way. If we were to purchase another home we would go to open homes he advertises. Have no regrets buying through him.
