Gavin has ensured that selling our house has been smooth and painless. His communication throughout the process has been excellent. His honesty and sound advice along the way has been most appreciated. Thanks also to Gavin’s support team who were also very responsive to our queries. Huge thank you to you all.
From going live to unconditional in three-weeks, can’t really ask for much more than that. Job well done, thank you Gavin and team!!
Thanks Gavin for you kind and professionalised assistance towards buying our first home.
We found Gavin to be totally professional in all aspects of selling our property. He outlined thoroughly all the selling options and supported our decisions throughout the selling process in what was a challenging selling period. We would highly recommend Gavin to any prospective vendors looking to sell property through this agent.
Great experience with Ihaia Delaney. He worked with us for nine months solid to find our first home. Appreciated his constant communication with us. He took us through dozens of listings and he was really patient with us at times when we were indecisive and persisted when we lost confidence after six offers fell through. Of all the agents we encountered through this process, Ihaia was the only one that followed through by sending us every listing that met our requirements. I was able to be honest and frank in giving feedback on properties so he learned quickly which style of house we would be interested in viewing. We are so happy with our purchase and the service we received. We can't recommend Team Faulke enough. Thank you so much!
Gavin was really good to deal with. I am confident his excellent local area knowledge and negotiation skills are what helped me achieve a significantly better outcome than the market may otherwise have provided.
I highly recommend Gavin and his team. He knows the market inside out and had thought about our needs when showing us potential properties. He’s also straight up which was great for managing (my!) expectations.
Gavin was great to work with in selling my house. Despite a tough market he secured a great sale and was really supportive and communicative throughout. He also has an excellent support team on hand for all your needs. We will definitely be using him again.
Bought a property with Gavin as agent in July. Guided us through the entire process with complete professionalism and transparency. If we ever want to sell, we know who we'll be looking to engage!
Gavin is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and earnest. We highly appreciated his support and service.
We selected Gavin based on Harcourts profile in Whitby and word of mouth that he was the best agent in the team. Well, Gavin didn't disappoint. From the get go he communicated well with us and most importantly listened to our plans, our hopes and dreams. We set him a target and he exceeded that both in terms of price and timeliness. His relaxed and attentive approach put us at ease. Can't recommend him highly enough.
