We had an excellent experience working with Ihaia Delaney during my property purchase. Their deep market knowledge, clear and timely communication and high level of professionalism made the process smooth and stress free. He guided us through every step, offered insightful advice and ensured we made informed decisions. I would highly recommend Ihaia to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable agent.

Gavin was amazing to communicate with, he took the time to talk and understand our situation and took action quickly. He responded to our queries and questions swiftly and made sure to answer all my questions with thoughtful and knowledgeable information. His experience and expertise throughout his career showed immensely and he made the whole process selling our family home seamless. Absolute pleasure to have Gavin in our corner and would highly recommend Gavin to everyone.

Gavins been the easiest agent to work with. Got us top dollar too!

Great experience working with Gavin and the team. I engaged mainly with Ihaia Delaney who was very supportive and we found his communication to be honest, transparent and very efficient especially when we asked for specific docs we needed to get ourselves ready for auction. Couldn't have asked for a better experience for our first home and first home!

Gav is so much more than a mere Real Estate Agent, and it starts with being a genuine good guy! He provided us with excellent service over an unexpected long-time frame, including long distance. One of the reasons we chose Gav as our agent, was his ability to see opportunities, and advise us on options we would have totally missed. Finally, the relationships he makes with the buyers as well, helped us avoid further delays and expenses. Overall excellent service, genuine good guy, brilliant mind, that thrives on building trust and quality relationships = Exceptional!

Gavin highly recommended! Awesome work. Gavin thank you.

What made you decide to buy your home? We instantly fell in love with the home, but it was initially out of our budget. Luckily, Claudine reached out to us about a week later, asking how we felt and encouraging us to submit an offer. So we did. Why did you choose me as your real estate agent? You were the listing agent for the property we were interested in. What did you like best about your experience with me? You were straightforward and honest throughout the process. You made sure we understood the process and even referred us to an amazing lawyer, never felt like we were asking stupid questions. Claudine is a fantastic asset to your team, and I hope she knows it. What do you think I could have done better? It would have been helpful to receive weekly updates, regardless of whether there was any new information. Would you recommend me to your friends and family? Absolutely. You deliver results and demonstrate honesty in your work. Very pleased that we have found our forever home for our whanau and future generations of tamariki. Thanks Gavin and Claudine.

Hi everyone, I decided to put my house on the market as it was time to move on mostly due to the current NZ economic climate. I got to know Gavin Faulke from my former employer. At the start I was a little skeptical with the house market currently being one of the coldest ever. I put my trust in Gavin and his team, it took slightly longer but still within there 3 months market promo my house was sold while there are a lot of properties in the market sitting for over 6 months and still not sold in the current times. If you looking for a reliable agent with professionalism and getting max price on the given market than I without I doubt strongly recommend Gavin and his team. Gavin is not a chitty chatty guy but man he gets the job done and I even got close to 20k more than expected price. Thanks again Gavin and Team Faulke.

Gavin and his team provided support beyond just the transaction. As first home buyer we were unsure about the process of everything, they connected us with reliable services, such as builders inspector and even checked on our application with bank and solicitor to ensure we were on the right track. Would highly recommend Gavin, Ihaia and the rest of the team. They have helped immensely to making this process just a bit easier for us.

Gavin is a very professional agent and I’m really happy with the fast sale he got for us in the current market. Gavin impressed me right from the start with his initial presentation of his sales strategy. He struck me as an agent that tailors his approach to respond to the changes and challenges in the market. Gavin and Claudine did a great job with communication on all matters and keeping us informed on progress. They organised everything we needed to prepare for the sale which made life really easy for me as I don’t live close. We’d put in a lot of work to present our property as well as we possibly could and I thought that Gavin worked equally as hard to find a buyer. It was a real relief to walk away from the auction having sold after just 3 weeks on the market and that result was down to the expertise of Gavin and Marty getting us and the buyer to a price that we could agree on during negotiation.

Team Faulke was amazing to deal with, between Ihaia and Gavin they were able to answer any questions we had and Always made us feel supported. Team Faulke always communicated with us and made the process possible! As first home buyers we were very new to the property ladder and were so lucky to have such amazing support by Team Faulke. Would 100% use them again!

Thanks to Team Faulke Harcourts for your support towards my First Home. We chose to buy our home because it's better to pay your own mortgage than to pay someone else's. I chose Harcourts because they had the houses that I was looking for and Thanks for showing me the property that I never thought would get a chance on. I always thought being a first home buyer was not easy but you guys made this a good experience, easy to understand the processes, quick response even off hours, answering questions that's easy to understand for a first home buyer. I would definitely recommend Harcourts. If you are a first home buyer do not be scared to ask questions which you think are not relevant but trust me every question is worth asking. Thanks Team Faulke Harcourts for making this a good one for me and my family.
