As a first time home seller, I didn't really know what to expect from the process. I met with three agents and Alice impressed me with her professionalism, local market knowledge and her openness and honesty. Nothing was too much trouble and she explained things in a way that this house selling newbie could get his head around. She did a great job of marketing the property, the advertising material was well written and the photos and video looked great.
