Alice was the best agent I could have hoped for! I 100% recommend her to anyone looking to sell a house in the Hutt. She knows the Hutt market really well and I knew I could trust her advice when it came to marketing the house. She gave us sensible and practical advice regarding work to do to make the house more appealing (but without going over the tope!).
