Alice has been great to deal with both in buying and selling. She is always happy to talk through things and give ideas and suggestions for how to approach the housing market. She comes prepared with local statistics and works with you to find a way through the market. Will use her again.
Alice was an absolute delight to work with. I can’t imagine dealing with anyone better - from her professionalism and quick replies, to her market knowledge and passing on of helpful recommendations from her time in the industry. But even more than the above it was her genuine and lovely personality that shone through. As someone who has had a glimpse into the world of real estate and met many different agents in the Hutt area, I can confidentally say there are very few I would personally choose to represent my property. Alice was the Agent for the sale of my mother’s much-loved house of 30-odd years.
