Although Mike does not work for the biggest Real Estate agents in Wellington, he has the right blend of knowledge, enthusiasm, and work ethic to get my business. I have known him for years outside property. When we began the process (which was efficient, albeit more complicated than a decade ago) another apartment in the same block was listed too cheaply. As properties were selling in days, I decided to defer listing until it was sold. But the market turned with new tax and lending rules putting the brakes on sales. Finally we had the unit 'dressed" and listed. After several open homes and a price drop I was presented with two offers. Greedily I accepted the unconditional higher one which was at a very satisfactory level. I am told it was the highest figure per square meter achieved in the building of 50 units in the last year. Result was 2.5% less than my wildest dream! Mike and his assistant Amie did well, and will definitely get more opportunities from me.
