His advice was spot on the mark and he went out of his way to make things happen. Follow up information was provided regularly, and advice on how to leverage tender offers for the best result. Mike is a person who makes things happen, his creative thinking and willingness to help with all aspects of the sales process puts him way above the norm as far as agents are concerned. I would recommend him to anybody who wants a hard working and very diligent agent working for them.
