Mike made it clear from the start that he was going to achieve the best result he could for the sale of my property. It had been a really uncertain market, with sales values dropping. Mike worked with a prospective buyer over a few months (with Christmas in between), leaving well alone when the buyer needed room and then picking things back up later.
