Emma was part of the team that sold our property. Emma was an absolute pleasure to work with, from the start to the finish. We never doubted the authenticity of the information she was providing us each week, and we felt updated at all times. Emma went over and above for us, including some dog minding during viewings where we couldn't get there (which we did not expect at all). We know that she worked hard in the background to create interest and get to the point of making the sale. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Emma and Your Realty for selling your property.

Rachel was part of the team representing us for our house sale. When required, Rachel was confident and assertive. This was what we needed as it was our first time with an agent. Along with that, we never felt that we weren't being listened to. I wouldn't hesitate to to recommend Rachel and Your Realty.

What a pleasure it was to deal with both Rachel and Emma. Right from the start warm and friendly , and completely transparent and open in regard to the house we bought they were marketing. So refreshingly different to the usual real estate companies. It was a pleasure and I would certainly use them if I was going to sell my house in the future without hesistation, highly recommend. Rachel was approachable and helpful from the get go. Looking for a home for my wife and I was like speed dating. Once we'd decided on Rachel's listing as our top choice we engaged our intentions. Rachel was helpful and responsive. Negotiations were fun and ended in a result that both ourselves and the vendor were happy with. If you're looking at one of Rachel's listings you can rest assured you are dealing with a professional. Thanks for getting us into our first home Rachel!

Sold in 8 days for the price we were wanting. Great market knowledge, professional team, photos taken on the Monday, marketing put in place quickly on Weds, 1 open home on the Sunday, offer 2 days later agreed and sold by Thursday. Great team, easy and simple process, and the least expensive, could not have gone better. Well done to Rachel, Emma and the Team at Your Realty

Rachel’s connectedness across the wider Bay of Plenty area combined with her ability to listen and understand peoples wants, wishes and needs meant the buyer was brought to the property before it even officially hit the the market. Always clear and considerate communication.

Rachel was fantastic to work with all the way through. We first met her while looking at a different house that wasn't quite right for us and she was the one who suggested we look at the place we ended up purchasing. From that time forward she was quick with an answer, patient with our waffling and generally a joy to be around during an obviously stressful situation. I look forward to not working with her again because she did such a great job on this house and we won't be needing to move again for a long time. Full marks.

Initially we placed numbers 55 and 57, vacant lots, with Rachel with a firm indication that number 53 would be for sale once we had moved. Soon after signing the agreement with Rachel a prospective purchaser placed an, subject to the sale of their property, offer. Rachel then organized a Residential Building Company to provide a house plan for number 55 Lynley Park Drive to show what a layout of a residence could be achieved. A few weeks later a person, with an inheritance, who knew Rachel, arrived on the scene. Rachel knew we were not far off moving, and asked if we would be willing to place our three properties on the market as one deal involving each of the three individually. We agreed, and in a matter of days all three were signed up.

We had a great experience finding and buying our home. After 3 months of open homes we found Emma to be by far the best agent we have come across. She was friendly and personable and seemed to genuinely care. Both Rachel and Emma made the process very easy and had great communication throughout. Would recommend to everyone.
