The Team at Your Real Estate are absolutely fantastic!! They truly do work as a team to assist you on your property journey, they go above and beyond from dog walking while private viewings are happening to making suggestions as to what is needed to help make the sale, I cant reccommend these ladies and gentleman more. Right from the beginning they help you and never make it stressful or over whelming. They are professional but have fun along the way so that you feel part of the team. They are always available and provide feedback - Definetly a 5 star team (would give them more if more were available!)

July 2026, winter, slow market. The team of Rachel, Simon and Emma from YOUR REAL ESTATE were signed to sell our property in Omokoroa. The team was enthusiastic from the start and facilitated many of the activities required to get the house ready for market as we were not local to the area. All the paperwork was completed online which made the process so much easier. The regular online updates on the portal kept us well informed after each open home. Once a contract was signed, the trio ensured that regular communication between the buyer was passed on - and when we were not able to arrange for a contractor to come in, they assisted in securing the services of a local contractor. It was a huge relief to be supported in this way - especially as we were a good couple of hours away. We appreciated their perseverence and confidence in what was a tough market.
