We brought our house 2 years ago through Your Real Estate and had no hesitation to select them for our sale. The teams market knowledge and communication is excellent. We found their online portal very informative and their feedback updates on open homes and private viewings is excellent and was always updated on the same day. We also found the portal a great tool to follow how our house sale was performing ie Trade me, One Roof etc. Our house was listed for 21 days when we had our first offer which we accepted and we went unconditional on the 25th day. Our property has some unique challenges when it came to sell ... all told, five Sale & Purchase Agreements were presented, and we ended up with a successful sale. At no point did Rachel give up. She stayed with the process for a full eight months and never flagged in her professionalism or determination to find the right buyer.
