We arrived back into NZ after 23+ years on Australia on 14 September. We saw the house for the first time on 16th, made our offer on the 18th or 29th and got the keys on 13th October. Alison pulled out all the stops between us and the vendors to make it happen. Being cash buyers didn't hurt, but, who moves into their own home in less than a month? Alison knew a range of people who could help. She had a list of suggestions for getting an inspection done, she had suggestions for an electricity company. She was just so helpful. When we moved in the was a map of the town with Points of Interst marked out, a comprehensive list of the markets held locally and a detailed Street map. It made it so easy for us to start finding our way around. If you are looking to buy or sell, look no further, she's a 5 star 10 out of 10 lady. We found Rachel a great leader of this team and Emma actually bought our house and fitted in with our dates of shifting etc. so we can say no more than that. Also they do great deal of sponsorship around Omokoroa, I can name the Golf Club and Bowling Club for starters. In fact last week they invited all the people who they have dealt with this year down to the Bowling Club for drinks and nibbles which was a great gesture to all clients.
