Rachel worked hard to get our house sold which is not easy in this current market. She always made herself available to chat about any questions we had and always kept us up to date with what was happening and what interest there was in the house. We are glad we chose Rachel as she has the local knowledge and experience we wanted from our agent and I would be very happy to use her again. Thanks again Rachel for getting the sale we needed.

Where do you start. Professional, knowledgeable, responsive, personable, dedicated.... The absolute real thing that stood out with Rachel was the feeling of trust. In this case I was the buyer and understood she worked for the vendor. But in the very professional manner in which Rachel operates, she quickly established a relationship of trust. Rachel is a straight shooter and did her absolute best for her vendors, but at the same time gave us as buyers the confidence as buyers to know things were as they should be. Exceptional

We decided to move from Omokoroa and after discussing the process with Rachel we decided that she was the best option with a changing market. We found her knowledge of the local market was second to none. Very professional and always kept us advised of possibilities. Rachel sold our house and we have moved on. Couldn’t recommend her more and she is up to the challenge ahead with the current financial climate. Cheers Rachel🥂

From the very beginning of our journey with Rachel, she remained professional and positive. Her marketing plan was excellent and well thought out. She gave us a number of choices that she thought may suit us. Throughout this time Rachel remained respectful and sensitive to our feelings during stressful times, as this had been our home of nearly 9 years. She reported feedback honestly and gave us a clear picture of how we were tracking. Our experience with Rachel has been successful and positive, ending with the great result of a sold house. Thanks Rachel for your hard work and dedication.

We’ve had a very positive experience with Rachel over the past few months as we’ve been looking to transition from Auckland to Omokoroa. Rachel has always been professional, very friendly and helpful. She has a vast knowledge of the area and listened to what our needs and desires were. She took time to patiently explain some of the more complicated areas of our purchase and kept us in touch with all aspects as time went on. Thanks Rachel for your support, help and guidance.

Listed home on Monday and had unconditional contact signed by the following Sunday night. Rachel exceeded our expectations and worked hard putting the contract together with buyers that were travelling out of town. Amazing skill set and local knowledge gave us an outstanding result for our sale. Although we are about to build our forever home I would use Rachel and Your Real Estate again in a flash. Highly recommended.

It was definitely a no brainer for us to choose Rachel Millard as our real estate agent, because of her knowledge and commitment to the community of Omokoroa. Rachel has integrity, knows the market better than any agent in the area and we were extremely confident she would get the result we wanted which she did. We can't recommend her highly enough and wish her every success going forward. John and Cushla
