We found her to be very approachable and easy to talk to with excellent communication skills. Rachel made the sale a smooth and seamless process. Also helpful was Rachel's incredible local knowledge and passion for the beautiful Omokoroa.

Rachel us highly regarded in the Omokoroa area for her knowledge and experience of selling peoples homes. She worked with and for us in successfully selling our home, in a slow market, in a timely manner. She didn’t ‘live in our pockets’, but definitely kept us well informed with how things were going, and discussed any changes we wanted to make. We highly recommend Rachel

Very professional at all times. Offering advice and local market knowledge to obtain the best possible outcome for our family. Nothing was too much trouble and they were only a phone call away if we had any questions or needed details explained. Feedback and regular updates were given throughout the process which was very helpful. Our family would not hesitate to recommend Rachel and her team and we would most definitely use them again.

Given the timing in the market, Karl and I were really quite nervous about whether we had made the right decision to sell but Rachel and Lara were amazing. Rachel was replying to my messages from early morning until late at night, comforting us and guiding us the whole time. She never just told us what she knew we wanted to hear, she was honest and treated us as if we were her family. We would choose this team again in a heartbeat! 🥰

It was an easy decision to select Rachel from YourRealty to manage the sale of our property. Having dealt with her previously as the estate agent when we purchased the property when we were impressed with her local market knowledge and experience, we automatically chose her to look after us again. This time as a vendor, we were equally impressed again with her professionalism, integrity and attention to detail. Her suggested marketing campaign worked a treat and she achieved a positive result for us in a short space of time in a tight market. Always keeping us in the loop with potential buyers, and offering valuable advice where necessary to smooth the process. We can't speak highly enough of Rachel and recommend her and her team to both buyers and sellers alike.

Rachel is warm, honest and a great listener and with her extensive knowledge and experience she represented our property exactly as we wished. Lara has a true gift for creating the best selling marketing and together we believe they are the best Realty team in Omokoroa. We have brought and sold a few times and this has been the best service of all. Great communicators, excellent time management. This is a team that delivers excellent results. Our house has just sold in 8 days. Shiree and Grant, Omokoroa.
