Excellent service by Tracey Fraser. We had met when we first started looking for a new property, Tracey was quick to find what we were looking for and showed us some good properties. One of the properties we looked at is the one we ended up buying. Tracey went out of her way to show us through this property a couple of times outside the open home days. When the time comes to sell we wouldn’t hesitate to call Tracey again.

Tracey is new to the industry. After hearing about your what we were looking for, Tracey let us know about a property and arranged a viewing the following day we loved the property. We also went to the open home the following day with our family which reconfirmed our first impressions. Tracey helped us with our offer and managed the negotiation with the vendors. We now live in our dream home and couldn’t be happier. Thank you Tracey.

I think we were all caught out by the market downturn after Christmas but Tracey showed great dedication and commitment during the sale process. Communication was also very good including feedback after open homes. I was quite satisfied with the sale price obtained given the market conditions.

Having dealt with Adriana as a buyer before, and having attended many open homes that she has run for other properties, we were fairly sure that she would do a great job of the marketing and selling of our property. When choosing what agent to use, we wanted someone that would provide good advice on how to present and market the property, that would get the property to market quickly and that would be really pro-active in identifying and following up with buyers that were legitimate prospects to buy our property. My past experience told me that Adriana would do that for us - and she did not disappoint!! Would rate 10 out of 10 in every aspect. Highly recommend if you want an agent that will get your house sold - and having bought off her before, she's great for people looking to buy too.
