We signed up with Adriana because we had been advised by a friend that she was excellent and we would reinforce that view. We were keen to sell in a hurry as we had seen a house we wanted to buy. Adriana responded by having the photographer arrive and the ad up on line within a few days. We appreciated the clear straight-up advice she gave us on preparing the house for the photographer and open homes. She supervised the photographer and made sure the on-line advertisement looked great. Adriana sussed out who the likely buyers would be and scheduled open homes to meet their needs. Each week we received a detailed report on the weekend buyer visits. When our purchase was dicey Adriana helped and when the purchase fell through she helped again with considering other options. As a result our sale went through and all thanks to you, Adriana.

I have now dealt with Suzanne for my last 3 properties and wouldn’t consider using another agent. I have both bought and sold with Suzanne and have had the best experience on each occasion. Suzanne is incredibly knowledgeable on her properties and works hard to understand exactly what you’re looking for and find the perfect one. The thing that amazes me is how far over and above the expected agent service she goes. It wouldn’t be stretching then truth to say that she now feels more like family than just another agent.
