I had been meaning to put my property on the market for a long time and Thomas from WKB Real Estate was very patient and understanding about the 12 month delay in doing so. Once I had made the firm decision to sell, Thomas provided a brochure detailing costs, recent sales in local area, current market trends and a suggested price range. My price expectation was in the middle of the price range provided by Thomas. An open home was held very soon after listing the property and the eventual buyer was one of the attendee's to the first open home. There was also a second offer from the second home showing. Thomas was always very polite, very respectful, very helpful and his excellent personality (not at all demanding or pushy) and his real estate experience (especially in the area I was selling) resulted in a quick sale for a price I was very happy with. The settlement and handover was seamless and no problem at all. It is important to secure an agent that actually listens to what you're saying rather than one who prefers to go off on their 'own tangent". Thomas listens well.
