I was extremely pleased the way Thomas and Guy handled the sale of my house. They kept me updated with how things were progressing . I had very little to do other than signing forms which were explained in detail . Nothing was a bother for the twosome. Their communication , professionalism and knowledge is second to none. When I made an offer, Guy made sure to approach other prospective buyers to obtain the best price for the vendor. I found Guy to be an effective agent, using competence, honesty and integrity to build trust and make the sale.
