The only way (in my opinion) to find an agent to sell your home is to ask people you trust. I asked my property manager who I had been working with for 6 or 7 years, and she recommended Wayne and Marina from Mike Pero. I also checked in with an owner I knew who had sold recently, and Wayne's name came up again. And, although it was much later, I spoke with a valuer I had been working with extensively leading up to the sale, and he said he knew Wayne well, and described him as "one of the good ones". Wayne is somebody who communicates fully and professionally, responds promptly to all questions, and makes sure I'm fully informed. One thing that particularly impressed me was that he never seemed eager to push things forward. He helped me understand when not to put the property on the market, and a full year passed before I was ready to try again. He's not an agent who pressures a home owner in any way - he's a gentleman, and I always felt he was acting in my best interests. And, importantly, he found me a buyer. I absolutely recommend Wayne and Marina to be your agent.
