We have sold a few houses, and Wayne and Marina, with the help of their handyman Richard, are the best team we have worked with. From the walk through where we planned the pre-market maintenance, to their choice of stager, to their regular phone updates during the campaign, we really felt looked after, and that Wayne and Marina were working hard for their fee. Wayne said that they were there to take the stress off us, and I really felt they were working to make that a reality. Wayne, Marina and Richard essentially co-ordinated a mini-reno for us, as we were from out of town. They also attended all the open homes themselves, so we always knew that the purchasers were hearing from them direct. This was one thing that set them apart from other agents.
