Consummate Professional
When we bought our home six years ago Marc Walker was the listing agent. In the interactions we had with him durin the buying process we were convinced that if we were ever to sell that we would list with him. Since then his service has grown from strength to strength and is visible in his agency which provides a high quality boutique experience. The marketing campaign was sleek and ran like a well oiled machine. Even when faced with availability setbacks due to COVID, Marc showed a high level of flexibility and the ability to pivot to an alternative plan, seeing our property sold well under the average listing time experienced by other properties of similar quality. First home purchase made easy!
Cody was super helpful and made purchasing our first home a really exciting and smooth process. He was always really quick with all his responses which was really helpful and meant that we could process the purchase quickly. Settlement day was a breeze and made really easy by Cody. He also followed up with us after settlement to make sure we were settling in well which was really appreciated. We're so happy with our new home and couldn't have been more pleased with the service provided by Cody and the team!

Professional and courteous
As purchasers we were aware that Marc's main duty was to look after his vendors, but he managed to do this while also assisting us through the process. Marc was knowledgeable about the property and the area and followed up on all queries in an open and professional manner. His skills definitely helped the deal get over the line.
