We listed our property with Marc just before the bottom dropped out of the property market at the beginning of 2022 and he and his team guided us through a period of lockdowns, COVID, winter, lack of purchasers and even a brief hospital stay!! They were always available for advice and communicated clearly, used innovative marketing tools and provided timely updates. Marc stayed professional and positive throughout the seven month process even though it was a real rollercoaster ride - he never lost faith and didn't let us lose it either!!
