In May 2024, we decided to sell our property, so we invited 5 real estate agencies to present to us how they would approach the sale process. In September we decided to start the process, for which we selected Mike and Audra Voyle, who stood out in many ways in terms of their knowledge of the market, their communication with us and their professionalism. In particular, they understood what we wanted, but also presented different views and ideas how to best get the results we were looking for. We agreed a plan and approach based on a short and sharp deadline sale, 3 open homes and subsequent negotiation. Obviously, Mike in particular had a good sense that this plan could be successfully executed, because the actual outcomes were as per the plan. It was very impressive how Mike and the team communicated with us and also showed flexibility where required. We are very happy with the results and can therefore recommend Voyle & Co to anybody. I enjoyed meeting the couple who have proposed to purchase the property. I was a little bit perturbed by your proposal to not allow them to have a good look around until the date of the sale, as that might have triggered them to suspect that there was something amiss.
