As a buyer in a seller's market, I'd been largely unimpressed with the effort many agents would put in to helping prospective buyers. This does both the potential buyer and the owner a disservice, as the easier you make it for the buyer, the more likely they would put in a good offer, particularly with such short timeframes as we have in the current market. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for Peter in helping me with all my due diligence, and often at times he would supplement what I requested with additional helpful information. Not only that, but he was always so prompt to assist and got information back to me asap. He was a breath of fresh air compared to other agents I'd come across and not only helpful, but he is the nicest guy to deal with and very personable. I highly recommend you have Peter sell your home, because he will do more than anyone else to help ensure your prospective buyers are well looked after, which is exactly what you want.
