Liam was friendly, quickly agreed to proposed meeting times, and provided appropriate paperwork. When he was unavailable he made sure he was covered by other agents. He communicated well, and made sure we were kept in the loop during the entire buying process. My only caution is that he didn't provide disclosure information until after we'd agreed to make an offer.

Liam provided extremely professional, clear and informative communication at all stages of the process. His market knowledge is excellent and he has the ability to relay the true value of a property without offending the owner or buying the listing with an unrealistic valuation. Advertising funds were well invested and actually prompted the property and not the agent. He has a very good process in place to follow up with potential buyers without crowding them or scaring them off. When it comes to contract negotiations, Liam is completely trustworthy and can achieve a reasonable outcome that both parties are happy with. He knows when a buyer is truly at their limit and can work with this to get an agreement in place. I have bought and sold with liam and benefited from his knowledge and professionalism on both sides of the fence. Will be listing with him again
