Excellent marketing, use of tech, signage, flyers etc. Always communicating with us and providing good open and honest helpful advice. Have meet many Agents while out home hunting and Liam exceeds all expectations. So easy to deal with and he earned our respect again.

The 2nd time we have used Liam: great knowledge of market, excellent judgement in dealing with potential customers, great communication in keeping clients informed, strong sense of what is best to complete a sale, and careful attention to the details. Hard to go past as an agent for you - and with an excellent sense of humour, which helps in a process that is always fraught with worry. Our first house was difficult to sell and took time but he dealt with it with patience and good humour: this one went quickly, as he had predicted, but we got the same professionalism, concern for our wellbeing and focus on our wishes and hopes and did his best to fulfil them. You can’t ask much more than that from an agent: and his price was good! Try him out - he’s a star of the Real Estate market: you won’t be disappointed.
