I was in a bind having decided to sell my house to reduce my mortgage. I was working with Karen selling my home and she reviewed the local market and identified a number of properties for me to view. I had the complication of needing space for my dog Lochie, a Golden Retriever. Karen identified about 6 properties that met my needs and arranged viewings in all on the same day. The house I purchased was on the list I viewed - I did not have to muck about timing open homes and dealing with multiple agents. Karen took care of this all for me. I cannot recommend Karen and her exception service, she is truly a gem who made the house buying process a breeze. If you need to find a new house I recommend Karen who only showed me properties in my price range and that met my needs. No real estate agent BS with her that you find with other agents. If you are looking to buy - Call Karen and have a chat - I assure you it will be worth the call

Having dealt with Karen to sell my existing property I knew her capabilities. However, the sales process had completed and so I was no longer dealing with her on a day-to-day basis and was independently working with other agents to find a new home. I was therefore delighted when out of the blue I got a call from Karen to say that she thought she had found a place that met my requirements and had identified some other benefits of this home. I went for a viewing and once again, Karen had nailed it. Karen's professional work ethic kicked in, resolving any issues and concerns along the way before finally getting agreement with the vendor. A pleasure to deal with and reassuring knowing that there are some agents out there that keep you in the back of their mind. I would happily engage with Karen again for my real estate needs.
