Fantastic Agent that delivered the whole way through!

I saw Lisa had sold properties in my area and they had achieved great prices at auction. I thought I would add her to the mix when I started meeting agents to sell my own property. As a creature of habit I was going to use my previous agent as we had formed a good working relationship but the draw card of Lisa knowing the area was a factor I couldn’t ignore. I was instantly relaxed on meeting Lisa and Ronald her Co agent and that was an impression I knew buyers would feel when they came through the open homes. I decided to list with them simply based on the figures they had achieved in the past and that calm energy they generated.. Never, in the entire process of working with them did I feel like I had made a bad decision to work with them both. Lisa was a true professional, calm and always collected. Ronald was always delight and loving his role within the process which really shone through. Another huge plus is the time they spent with us at our weekly meetings. We felt nourished as Vendors and given all the information and feedback from buyers and the market as a whole which was imperative for selling the house as well as buying the next one as we had a high level of insight into what was happening at the time of the sale. All in all I’m so glad we appointed Lisa to sell our property, we would highly recommend her and Ronald, they are a great team who seem to enjoy every aspect of being a real estate agent. Long may they continue as we would use them again in the future!
