Even before I had plans to sell and, having never met Paul personally, I always knew I would like to get Paul Raynes from UP Real Estate to sell if ever I had the need. He has sold so many houses in my area over the years, he seemed to have real presence in the neighborhood and knew it inside out. I would even see him delivering his own flyers for that personal touch. So, when it came to selling our Mums house we immediately knew who we would contact. Paul did not disappoint. His knowledge and experience was exceptional, he offered genuine guidance and suggestions. At all times we felt he had our best interests in mind and post open home meetings and information was very thorough. For every party that showed any interest Paul knew their circumstances and we knew there would have never been a missed opportunity as he understood and followed up on each inquiry.
