Excellent Result

Karl = Awesome
Thanks for all of your help Karl. I'm not sure of the ins and outs of what happened at the start with first round offers. We were annoyed when we found out we missed out first time around. I know this wasn't Karl though. Communication is key with anything and Karls communication was perfect, even making time for us while he was away on holiday in Queenstown. Thanks for everything Karl.

Professional and Efficient
Karl knew of our tight deadlines to go unconditional on a property we were under contract for, with one of the conditions to sell our current home.
