From the open home to the auction Karl was very consistent in keeping us updated and making sure we had all the information we needed. Karl was very welcoming at the open home. He made sure that he made it to speak to everyone that attended. Following the open home Karl made contact with us within 24 hours to see if we had any questions etc. Karl was very helpful as this was the first time we had been to an auction. Karl was very patient as he waited for me to get necessary documentation back for the auction process. At all times he was very professional but also made sure to add little touches like saying Kia Ora in an email. Relatability goes a long way and makes a world of difference for the experience. I would recommend Karl to anyone wanting to sell their home as he treated everyone the same. Previous open homes I had attended which were multiple not everyone was as hands on and tentative as Karl was to us. He made our experience as smooth as possible.

We started our Journey to sell our property in Ngongotaha in December with Hielke. Probably not the best time to sell given Covid, banks and all the market uncertainties going on but as we had commitments elsewhere we really didn’t have a choice. All the way through Hielke kept us fully informed. We have actually used Hielke previously and so has our daughter.
