Just incredible, an honest considerate man who genuinely has the best interests of his clients at heart. We chose Hielke a little bit randomly, as we hadn’t had any previous experience with selling in Rotorua. We looked at his reviews, which were exceptional, and we just felt he was the man for us. Right through the process he was just amazing, there wasn’t anything he wouldn’t do to help us, and it was always done with consideration and a smile. His communication was always excellent, and at no time did we feel we were being left in the dark. His professionalism is second to none! It actually is quite difficult to really put into words just how much we appreciated everything Hielke did for us. Suffice to say he is just the nicest guy and we cannot recommend him highly enough.
