We started our Journey to sell our property in Ngongotaha in December with Hielke. Probably not the best time to sell given Covid, banks and all the market uncertainties going on but as we had commitments elsewhere we really didn’t have a choice. All the way through Hielke kept us fully informed. We have actually used Hielke previously and so has our daughter. I think the main thing we appreciated about Hielke is his honesty and sound advice and the fact that he could understand exactly what our expectations were and guided us accordingly . If we ever return to Rotorua we would definitely go to Hielke if we were in the market again.
