Shelly is a very easy person to work with, approachable, friendly, direct and honest. She makes a point of developing a good working relationship with her clients so she can relate to them. She always answers every question asked. If the answer is not readily available, she will research until she finds it. She certainly goes the extra mile and definitely earns her commission. :) I find Shelly's straight forward open manner refreshing. She doesn't need props, drives an average car and is simply herself in dealing with people. My experience with Shelly was one of the most positive I have ever had with an agent, and I've had many. We met Shelly at an open home she was holding and from the first encounter she was fantastic to deal with. She took the time to understand who we were and what we needed. How do we put into words what Nathan did for our family, nothing short of phenomenal. We met with Nathan on a Wednesday to ask if he could help us sell our home fast and for a specific price in order for us to secure our new home which was under contract. By Sunday that week, he had 6 families through our home (no online marketing), Monday afternoon 3 families returned for a second viewing and by that same evening two contracts on the table...just like that the house was under offer...5 days from meeting Nathan to the house being sold...ABOVE what our expectation was.
