I would personally like to thank Jill Baddeley for her support in me purchasing my home. It was the casual conversation that I had with Jill at the open home that I went to where all my questions were answered and she was very open about the past history of the property and her and the vendor have been very accommodating with the negotiations around sale, inspection and settlement.
