I would personally like to thank Jill Baddeley for her support in me purchasing my home. It was the casual conversation that I had with Jill at the open home that I went to where all my questions were answered and she was very open about the past history of the property and her and the vendor have been very accommodating with the negotiations around sale, inspection and settlement. I believe it was a win win for all involved and that is pleasing for me that I am taking over my newly purchased home satisfied and such that it has been a straight forward process. That is due to Jill working very proffessionally with both the vendor and myself I believe within tight time frames and also with Jills knowledge of myself and my background to secure the sale.
