I didnt want to sell the property, but i had to which makes selling a bit harder. Kathie was super helpful at explaining the process and referred me to an incredible gardener and stager. Went out of her way to get other teams thoughts and possible purchasers interest levels. Kept me up to date (and didnt over communicate) of what was happening. She worked with tradies to fix issues and even did some gardening herself! Thanks kathie, you made the hard process much easier!
