I’ve known Kathie for awhile now and noticed online she had a large presence which is what we wanted when our home was going on the market. Debby didn’t know her but after meeting they got on like a house on fire. Kathie’s knowledge on the local market and the marketing package she presented was 10/10. Weekly reports that were easy to understand made it easier. The marketing package and open homes brought in the people and her negotiating skills when needed were excellent. We would definitely recommend Kathie to others and actually have already done so.

Kathie was amazing during our first home buy. We had never been in this position before and all though she was not our agent or mortgage advisor she still was very helpful for us while we purchased a house she was advertising. So calm and professional but easy to get along with. She was also very accommodating to us and our tamariki.
