When Gina entered our house we knew at once she was the agent we wanted. She is a down to earth no nonsense person, someone we could get on with. Once we gave her the go ahead we had people through the door. The response to her work meant we had people each week. Had an offer and then things went wrong. We found out the house had a problem. This meant the house had to come off the market for a while whilst the problem was fixed. In the meantime Gina was still talking to people and as soon as we were able to put it back on the market Gina had people in to view. A new offer was on the table within a couple of weeks and the house sold. All the time Gina kept in touch with us and informed us what was happening.
