The cheaper 1.5% rates and I had met Megan at an open home. She seemed friendly, competent, helpful, and professional. I found Megan to he very approachable, understanding, had my best interests at heart, took my goals for selling seriously, and helped me achieve them. She gave great advice and helped cover for me if I had missed a spot cleaning. She treated my house with the same respect she would if it was her own. Very professional in her actions and dress.
