Glenn worked hard to get me the price and result I wanted on my lovely downtown apartment at a time when the market was changing quite a lot. He was also friendly, available and positive throughout. He stuck with his guns, kept marketing and showing people through over a 6 week period and kept up great communications throughout. In the end he brought me two offers and one was exactly what I wanted. Aside from some legal issues at the contract signing that were overlooked, the rest of the process was smooth. So all in all I'm happy with the result.

We first met Tim, when we had our eyes on an house in Kandallah. Though we didn't go through, We felt strongly that he was someone who paid attention to our vision of our family house, and was genuinely caring. Tim strength is in knowing his clients and helping them reach their goals. We are satisfied with our purchase and feel we paid the right amount under his advices. He sells, but sells right.

After years of hunting for our first home in this crazy market we found our gem in the rough. We viewed the property 4 days before the tender ended and Tim was excellent in getting back to us on any questions/ requests straight away. There are a lot of agents out there but he had an empathetic and honest manner which we found reassuring and helpful, and we felt he handled the relationship between ourselves and the seller with fantastic ease, professionalism, and grace. Tim is an actual human in a sellers market and we would happily recommend him.
