I hate buying in a tender. You have so little knowledge or control - unlike a negotiation or auction. So hats off to Ramon because in this instance he had a happy seller and buyer. The vendor got multiple top-notch offers and we got the house of our dreams. We also got good old-fashioned personal service. Ramon was genuinely enthusiastic, reassuringly knowledgeable, professionally even handed and always available no matter what we needed or when. Should we ever sell, we'll use Ramon and who knows, maybe even go with a tender.

I have recently bought my first property through Alexia and I can't recommend her highly enough. I had been looking to buy a property for almost a year and was finding the process quite stressful in the current market. I had dealt with many agents over that year and due to her professionalism, knowledge, excellent communication and obvious passion for what she does I felt confident in following her advice, and I truly believe that my success in getting into the property market was very important to her. Overall she made the daunting first home buying experience seem effortless (although I have no doubt this is down to extremely hard work on her part!). In a pretty hectic market where no-one quite knows what's going on Glenn was a good calming influence. Was more than happy to get on the phone with me in lead-up to offer and talk through what he's seeing in the market and make himself available for repeated viewings. He was always very prompt in replying. At first I might not have come across as the most likely buyer in amongst all that were interested, but he did his due diligence and treated me fairly as I'm sure he did plenty others in the process and in turn got a better result for the vendor. I would definitely give him a bell if looking at your options.
