Patrick was solid from the start. He was astute with clever insights, yet really down to earth and shockingly honest and upfront (rare in the REA field....). In the end, he not only sold my house but we (my partner amd I) used him to find our next home. He seemed to "get" us, and knew instinctively which houses would be a good shout without simply innundating us with all the generic houses in an area for a set budget like most agents do. And when it came to negotiating both offers from the buying and the selling perspective, he helped keep all the plates spinning to tick off all the conditions in a very tight timeframe and corresponded well with all interested parties.
