I can’t recommend Ganesh and the team at TRG enough. They were absolutely brilliant to deal with. I was selling on behalf of someone else and wasn’t familiar with Dunedin agents, so I met with a few to compare. From the very first contact, Ganesh and the team stood out. Ganesh worked around my schedule and was both approachable and professional. The house we were selling wasn’t in great condition, and when we met, Ganesh was upfront about expectations in a very compassionate and respectful way. I really appreciated that balance of honesty and empathy. His market knowledge was excellent. He came well-prepared, and after seeing the property, he immediately adjusted his insights to reflect comparable sales that were more relevant. That level of preparation and adaptability really impressed me. Once we signed on, the whole TRG team was fantastic. This was my first time selling a house and the situation was quite unique, so I am sure I asked more questions than most. But they were always patient, responsive, and clear in their communication. I never once felt like I was being a nuisance. They guided me through every step with professionalism, care, and kindness. I would not hesitate to recommend Ganesh and TRG and would happily work with them again.
